Darclee Warshoff – Start Each Day with Nutritious Foods

Darclee Warshoff focuses on the need for a healthy body and mind to trigger optimal functioning of all internal organs. The heart, nerves, brain, kidneys, liver, immune system, digestive system, spleen, pancreas, etc. are not only kept in healthy shape but are able to sustain the daily stress of life. Your muscles work at their optimal level too, which means continual fueling of energy and rapid repair and regeneration post injury. In order to ensure optimal wellness, eating a balanced diet is essential to deliver proper nutrients to different parts of the body. Adequate nutrients ingested on a regular basis means enhanced energy, stamina, endurance, mental acuity, bones and teeth health, muscles, ligaments and tendons health as well. Nutrients aid to regulate bodily processes, which means your blood pressure and sugar levels are kept in check and digestion improved. The benefits are aplenty.

Eating a healthy meal means the ability to control a healthy bodyweight range, which is why Darclee Warshoff propagates the need to eat a healthy meal in addition to regular workouts and meditation. A meal enriched with protein, carbs, EFAs, fiber derived from fruits, vegetables, lean meats and whole grains works to help lose and control your body weight. Substituting high-fat food content with low-calorie foods and low-carbs food rich in nutrients is a wise choice. Added fiber helps you feel fuller and aids in the digestive process and cellular support.

Foods rich in sugar content are harmful, but eaten in moderation will help control blood/glucose levels in the body. Sugar is needed as a stored source of energy, which means we need to include it in our daily foods, but in smaller quantities. In addition, adding complex carbohydrates to your diet such as oatmeal help regulate blood sugar levels.

Consuming foods high on fat content can cause high cholesterol and the buildup of fat deposits in the arteries. This leads to blockage which is one of the main reasons for a heart stroke, heart attack or other heart-related ailments. However, EFAs or essential fatty acids are needed to promote overall health and these are found in nuts and dried fruits.

Inclusion of fresh fruits and vegetables helps deliver antioxidants to the body that help neutralize the ill-effect of free radicals, which damage our cells. The unstable nature of free radicals promotes the cause of cancerous cells, which is why antioxidants are needed as antidotes to create and sustain a stable cell growth environment within the body.

Benefits from a Healthy diet are reduced risk of heart and coronary artery diseases, reduced loss of bone density and overall risk of developing stones in the kidney. As stated earlier, fruits and green vegetables are naturally low in calories, cholesterol and fat content while foods rich in potassium help regular blood pressure. Moreover, dietary fibers reduce blood cholesterol levels thus inhibiting the risk for heart disease, in addition to maintaining proper bowel functions. Folic acids found in some fruits and vegetables promote development of red blood cells and are highly beneficial for expectant mothers. Vitamins keep your vision, bones, teeth, gums, and skin healthy protecting them from infections.

1. Keep an eye on the sky and check for the weather condition before you set off on your road trip. If possible, prepare a route map around the climate condition of the places you will cross to and the destination. A small detour might work wonders to conserving your time significantly. Darclee Warshoff’s adds that a mugshotis likely to occur if you plan a trip during rough weather conditions that may result in error of judgment while driving.

2. Search online for traffic updates and pay attention to the radio program on the road conditions as well, specifically when you are approaching major cities. If you don't have a cell phone, there are all-news terminals which work too and are your best option. Remember not to rely too much on the GPS system as that may stop working due to technical glitches. Having a GPS tool alone is not a foolproof plan, and hence, Darclee, recommends bringing a comprehensive map or road atlas as backups just in case. A location mapping application on your cell phone works as an additional must-have tool for lengthy trips.

3. If you are driving a rented vehicle, have the vehicle thoroughly checked for all utilities and fittings, as well as its equipment such as the horn, brakes, clutch and emergency headlights and rear-lights.

4. Lock all of your prized possessions, especially items that are visible and valuable, in the glove compartment of the car or stash all the baggage inside the trunk.

5. Acquaint yourself with a local visitor’s traffic regulations, which differ from one state to state and specifically in other countries, if you are traveling abroad and plan to rent a vehicle to commute. Is it permitted to make s turn at a traffic signal? Or is there a mandatory or free left turn? Exactly what are the policies on allowing pedestrians to cross?

6. Just before venturing on a long tour by road, be sure that your car is in top shape and that there are no disorders or need for tweaks, check if the tires are air-filled appropriately and all necessary fluids are at their proper levels, especially the gas tank. It is best to have an expert mechanic do a thorough and comprehensive check of the vehicle before any trip.

Darclee Warshoff- It’s Not Good to Get Mugshot-ed!

It is a depressing truth, but women are in danger when driving alone, especially after dark. The good news is, assaults, burglaries and various other issues are very unusual, however they do take place. So if you are out by yourself, there are actions you can take to ensure safety and security. Darclee Warshoff urges to use mugshot prevention tips to stay clear of such incidents and stay safe.

Darclee Warshoff asserts that a mugshot is an unpleasant incident tagging you as an offender, but to be the victim is worse still, hence, offer safety tips for women when they are alone on the streets.

Prepare while approaching your automobile– have your keys out of your bag as you approach your vehicle, but do not use the key remote until you are next to the automobile. Always check before you enter that there is no person hiding nearby, then lock the doors when you are securely in.

Keep all doors locked– this is particularly important when driving in the evenings or in rough or remote locations. You stop at a red signal and it takes a burglar merely a few seconds to break your car windows and steal your bag, snatch you cell phone or harm even do so with the intention to harm you. Though keeping all doors secured helps avoid an aggressor from getting into the car to assault you, but that is not enough. One safe tip is to keep the car engine running when you stop at a signal to prevent a sudden attack. By the time the perpetrator manages to crack your car window, you will be able to drive off immediately.

Keep all belongings concealed– don’t leave valuable items, such as your purse, laptop or smart-phones on the passenger seat. You should also stay away from driving if you have worn pricey jewelry or watches that show when your hands are on the wheel.

Keep renovating– attempt to stay away from stopping in remote or strange areas, also to request directions when you are lost and never stop for any individual who blinks the car headlights at you from behind or pulls alongside your car, directing at your tyres. Look out for someplace safe and well lit, such as a garage or a convenience food drive-in kiosk or diner, and pull in there to get instructions or inspect your car.

Get your car serviced on time– have a chart that marks the service date needed for the car. This way, even the slightest of problems can be dealt with immediately before it escalates and causes you something valuable, as valuable as your life. You are less likely to wind up in an unforeseen circumstance in which you might be left at high risk to your life.

Keep the gas-tank full– no woman wishes to be stranded by the roadside hanging around to be saved, so make certain you keep your gas tank topped as much from running out of fuel. Routine servicing is also essential to lower the potential risk of engine failures.

Keep your phone with you at all times and battery charged, count on nobody, never ever pick up stranded people on the roadside and hitchhikers. Keep a map, or have a GPS tool installed in your car.

Darclee Warshoff- Be Safe On the Road with Children

Children are vulnerable when outdoors and if it is about their safety on the road, you need to be extra cautious. Among adults, the elders are as vulnerable as a child, which is why Darclee Warshoff’s mugshot blog series takes a closer look at this important aspect.

We all need to use the road to arrive at our intended destination, be it to buy groceries, for shopping, taking kids to school and back, going to work and back, visiting friends, relatives & colleagues, shifting homes, delivering mails, or just to enjoy a stroll during evenings and so on. We need the means to commute or the link that connects us from our starting point to our destination. What we need to worry about is how to stay safe when traversing through these links or so-called ‘roads.’

We count on the roadways for many reasons, and Darclee Warshoff’s mugshot blog series takes us through a few tips we can have handy to ensure an accident-free and injury-free journey. With an alarming account of deaths caused by accidents on the road, especially inflicted on pedestrians, we need to closely watch out for any potential danger, when crossing or even walking on pathways that fringe along the main roads. But do keep in mind that the risks still hovers over and there is no guarantee that one will not fall prey to accidents or injuries despite all precautions.

  • Check out for pedestrian crossing road signs, use zebra crossings, overhead bridges, underpasses and sidewalks.
  • Be attentive and alert at signal crossings
  • Use footpaths as much as possible.
  • Wait for the vehicles to completely come to a halt before crossing the road.
  • Be alert of cyclists and other pedestrians when alighting from your vehicle/public transport

  • Do not sprint across the road without checking whether the pedestrian ‘walk’ signal is green.
  • Do not cross in front or in between of stationary vehicles
  • Do not cross if the ‘red man’ signal is on and the ‘green man’ signal is still flashing.
  • Do not zigzag through lanes where traffic is moving slowing.
  • When in a vehicle, do not stick your head out or any part of the body.
  • Tips for parents
  • Be calm and patient when crossing the road with children.
  • Always park your vehicles at designated areas.
  • Educate your kids about road safety and rules to cross the road (in case they plan to be out there by themselves.)

We can only hope that people driving take extra care to watch out for stop signals and pedestrian crossing areas to avoid an unwarranted situation. This is a choice that we can make to ensure safety rules are adhered to and accidents are minimized.

Darclee Warshoff – The After-Mugshot Life Changing Program

Here is a story of a person who was arrested for DUI a few years ago. Whenever I think about him, I feel the sting and pain that he must have endured and all that was due to a few drinks he’d have with his newly-wed bride. Today, Darclee Warshoff’s mugshot blog series talks about a program that was conceptualized by a local Pastor to assist those convicted of a crime or offence and have served their time in jail – a story that is different to none.

Darclee Warshoff‘s mugshot blog takes you on a journey into the life of a man less known to many, but a person who took his task seriously and made all efforts to help offenders make amendments and reinstate their image by choosing the righteous path – a path less trudged by many. When you get out of jail, you would not get out with much to your credit – all the toil and labor to earn a decent reputable status in society is washed out in an instant. With just a bus ticket and a little cash to spare, it would be long before several other offenders are back in jail, and this local pastor took in his stride to help change all of that.

As human beings, we make errors and bad judgment. Most people end up in prison because of a bad decision made in a split second. It is this decision that costs them years of their life. That said, aren’t human beings designed to make errors, but what if those errors cost a precious life? This gets the pastor to think at times, but then, we all deserve a second chance.

The pastor is launching a unique after-prison recovery program that is faith-based and diverts the offender away from addiction. It looks at aspects of recovery after spending prison time. The program is specially designed to let people know that there is life after jail time and that there are many ways to bounce back on track and reinstate their lost reputation. This has not been easy but the mere thought of being able to assist such people to get their lives back together after incarceration or a criminal charge is a rehabilitating thought in itself.

The recovery program introduce classroom sessions wherein convicts who have served their time in jail get together and dive into aspects of best ways to recover after humiliation. Besides the daily classes, weekly drug tests, and unannounced police visits are included. The program helps in job assistance and the program cost is deducted from their wages. There are many addiction-relief counseling programs that are more deep-rooted to tackling the cause rather than offering senseless solutions.
